What is it? eVoice is a voicemail service that delivers voicemail directly to your email inbox.

Overview: eVoice gives you single number that allows you to receive voicemail messages that are sent directly to your email inbox as attachments. At the time this was written the service cost $4.95 a month. With your subscription you get a local or toll-free phone number (calls to the toll free number cost $0.10 a minute.)

The use model promoted by eVoice is to either distribute your eVoice phone number and have all incoming calls go to voicemail or to have calls to your regular numbers (desk, cell, home) forward to your eVoice number so that all of your voicemail messages are consolidated in one place and delivered to your inbox.
